Last updated: May 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how imtiaz-offplan uses them on this website for Raw District by Imtiaz, and how you can manage your preferences. It complements our Privacy Policy and is designed to be compliant with the EU ePrivacy Directive (GDPR), the UAE PDPL, Google Consent Mode v2, and Google Ads Personalised Advertising policies.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences and analyse usage. We also use similar technologies including:
- Local storage / Session storage: data stored directly in your browser.
- Pixels and tracking tags: small invisible images that fire when a page loads (e.g. Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).
- Server-side identifiers: hashed IDs used for conversion attribution.
- Fingerprinting: we do not use device fingerprinting.

3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which means:
- By default, before you give consent, all Google tags (Ads, Analytics) operate in denied mode — they do not store cookies or read any device identifier.
- In denied mode, Google may still receive a small ping (no cookies, no PII) for aggregated anonymous modelling of conversions, in compliance with the EU Digital Markets Act.
- If you click "Accept all" or grant specific consent, the relevant Google tags are upgraded to granted mode and may set cookies.
- If you click "Reject" or revoke consent, no advertising or analytics cookies are set, and Google reverts to anonymous modelling.
This implementation meets the requirements of Google Ads for advertisers serving users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland.
