These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the imtiaz-offplan website operated for Raw District by Imtiaz ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About RAW DISTRICT by IMTIAZ
RAW DISTRICT is an upcoming mixed-use real estate development by IMTIAZ Developments, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Street, Mena Jabal Ali, Jabal Ali Industrial Second, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Website is operated by IMTIAZ Developments and/or its authorised marketing partners for the purpose of providing general information about the project and collecting expressions of interest.
2. No contractual offer
All content on this Website — including but not limited to descriptions, prices, sizes, floor plans, payment plans, completion dates, amenities, renderings, photographs, brochures and maps — is provided for general marketing and information purposes only. It is indicative, may change at any time without prior notice, and does not constitute:
- a contractual offer or invitation to treat;
- a guarantee of investment return, rental yield or capital appreciation;
- financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Final terms of sale shall only be governed by the executed Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) between the buyer and the developer.
3. Renderings, images and illustrations
All renderings, computer-generated images, floor plans and illustrations are artist impressions only. They may differ in design, finish, materials, colour and scale from the actual delivered product. Furniture, décor and accessories shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the unit unless explicitly mentioned in the SPA.
4. Regulatory information
The Project is registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). RERA project registration number, escrow account details, developer trade licence and broker ORN (Office Registration Number) are available on request from our team. All transactions are conducted in accordance with UAE federal law and Dubai real estate regulations.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Website or enquire about the Project.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, renderings, source code, design and trademarks (including "RAW DISTRICT", "IMTIAZ" and associated marks) — is the exclusive property of IMTIAZ Developments and/or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, sell, rent or commercially exploit any content from this Website without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use (viewing on screen, printing a copy for personal use) is permitted.
